Going Home - At Home

Going out

Fresh air is important for you and your baby. When you do venture out, start small – a short walk, a stroll in the park, a trip to the local shop; and avoid crowds, e.g. busy shopping centres.

  • Wait half an hour or so after a feed before travelling by car or bus, to reduce the chance of your baby spilling (bringing-up) some of the feed.
  • Bring extra clothing.
  • Refer to HSE site for the most up-to-date guidelines on COVID19.
